Position Summary
Position is responsible for ensuring effective and efficient workflow processes for the PBS AR Management Team. This will entail auditing staff performance, creating and maintaining written guidelines, and assisting with onboarding of new hires with workflow training.
PrimaryDuties & Responsibilities
- Provides monthly review of workflow for all PBS AR Management team areas to ensure the highest level of quality and accuracy among staff.
- Creates and/or updates written guidelines, policies, procedures, and workflow documentation as needed.
- Monitors accuracy of AR staff work performance and takes action to assure compliance with written guidelines.
- Provides management with support and feedback on the accomplishment of goals and opportunities for improvement of individual team members.
- Collaborates with management team on appropriateness of benchmarks for quality and efficiency and suggests updates to quality and accuracy metrics as warranted.
- Normal office environment.
- Primarily remote with the exception of coming into the office at least once a month.
Typically sitting at desk or table.
