Are you a BCBA looking for strong clinical support, leadership opportunities, and the option to relocate to a growing Midwest market?
We are partnering with a dynamic, clinic‑based mental health organization seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join their team in St. Peters
, part of the greater St. Louis metro area. This opportunity is open to both local candidates and professionals interested in relocating — relocation and Missouri licensure support are available.
- Hybrid – Greater Saint Louis Area, Missouri (Relocation Support Available)
- 💰 $75,000+ Depending on Experience

- Conduct functional behavior and skills assessments
- Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans
- Supervise and mentor RBTs and BTs
- Provide parent/caregiver training
- Analyze and graph client data to ensure measurable outcomes
- Maintain high‑quality documentation in compliance with BACB and state standards
- Collaborate with a supportive clinical team
- Active BCBA certification (in good standing)
- Master’s degree in behavior analysis, psychology, education, or related field
- Missouri Behavior Analyst License or willingness to obtain (support provided)
- Experience with assessments, supervision, and program development
- 8‑hour Supervisor Training
- Clinic‑based experience
- Strong data analysis and documentation skills
- Bilingual abilities are a plus
- Lower cost of living compared to coastal markets
