This is a full-time on-site role located in Greater St. Louis for a Care Manager. The Care Manager will oversee and coordinate case management activities to ensure high levels of member satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing member care plans, coordinating services across various healthcare providers, and advocating for members within the healthcare system.

• Familiarity with Medicine and healthcare processes, as well as the ability to collaborate with medical professionals.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with members, families, and healthcare providers.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with the capability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in the alternative funding or PBM industry is a plus.
