Quality Assurance - QA/QC
Job Responsibilities:
Perform routine laboratory testing of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products using established analytical methods.
Conduct laboratory analyses such as chemical, physical, or microbiological tests depending on product and process requirements.
Prepare samples, reagents, and test solutions in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Accurately record test results and laboratory activities in logbooks, worksheets, or electronic systems in compliance with cGMP and data integrity requirements.
Operate and maintain laboratory equipment, ensuring proper calibration and qualification status.
Review test data and report any out-of-specification (OOS) or abnormal results to supervisors.
Assist with laboratory investigations, deviations, and corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) when required.
Maintain laboratory cleanliness, organization, and compliance with safety and quality standards.
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biology, Microbiology, Biotechnology, or a related life science field.
0–3 years of laboratory experience in a pharmaceutical, or GMP-regulated environment preferred.
Familiarity with laboratory analytical techniques and quality control procedures.
Knowledge of cGMP regulations, laboratory documentation practices, and data integrity requirements.
