Schedule

May 2026 - June 2027

Monday – Friday

Academic Year: 20 hours weekly

Summer: 40 hours weekly

Must be able to reside in the Greater St. Louis area during internship

Preferred Qualifications Role Purpose

The BJC Career Development Intern Program (CDIP) will support the pipeline initiatives of BJC Healthcare. We have a variety of paid internships for both undergraduate and graduate students. Most internship assignments are project‑based. As an intern in the career development program, students can expect to work part‑time during the school year and full‑time during the summer. Students must be enrolled in a degree program – preference given to students who have completed at least their freshman year.

Responsibilities
  • Navigates project requests using critical thinking skills.
  • Communicates effectively with staff and project leaders.

  • Solve problems using creativity and innovation.
Minimum Requirements
  • Enrolled undergraduate degree program.
  • Preferred 2 years of related experience.
  • No supervisor experience required.
