Speech Language Pathologist

Overview

This part-time Speech-Language Pathologist role involves conducting assessments, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, and providing therapy to improve clients' speech and language skills. The position requires monitoring progress, adjusting plans as needed, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care. Education of clients and families about speech and language development is also part of the role.

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients.
• Provide therapy to improve speech and language skills and monitor progress, adjusting plans as needed.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive, coordinated care.
• Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, progress notes, and treatment plans.
• Educate clients and families about speech and language development and strategies to support ongoing progress.
• Participate in case management activities to support collaboration and documentation efforts.

• Master s degree in Speech-Language Pathology and valid licensure; preferred prior experience.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills; ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Eligibility to work in the relevant location and comply with licensure requirements.

The role is scheduled for day shifts Monday to Friday, with occasional weekends, and involves in-person work.
