Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)

St. Louis Children's Hospital is looking for a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to work at the hospital in an outpatient setting. The SLP will treat pediatric patients with developmental needs.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Establishing treatment plans and providing treatment, considering discharge needs; expected discharge functional status; and appropriate equipment and supplies.
• Educating, collaborating with, and conferencing with patients, families, and other health care providers; making recommendations for referrals to specialists as needed.
• Delegating to assistants, techs, and students through written and verbal communication including determining the skill level or competency required to provide interventions to best meet the needs of the patient.
• Completing documentation in accordance with departmental policies.
• Providing assessment, reassessment, and/or consultations for Speech Services.

Minimum Requirements:

• Education:
  
  Master's Degree in Speech Pathology.
• Experience:
  
  No Experience required.
• Supervisor
  
  Experience:
  
  No Experience required.
• Licenses &
  
  Certifications:
  
  Speech-Language Pathologist.
