BJC Behavioral Health is seeking a Call Center Specialist to deliver crisis support and coordinate care for clients seeking services in the St. Louis area. You will handle incoming calls, screen for eligibility, and connect callers to appropriate internal and external resources.
Role requires independent work, proficiency with Teams/Outlook, and comfort using EMR and our phone system. Experience with behavioral health clients is preferred and you will be part of a training-onboarding team.
