At The Royal Sonesta Chase Park Plaza Hotel, our Front Desk Agents do more than check guests in. They create unforgettable first impressions and set the tone for exceptional stays.

You’ll be at the center of the guest experience, ensuring every arrival, stay, and departure is seamless, welcoming, and memorable.
Job Description What You’ll Do Create Exceptional Guest Experiences- Welcome guests warmly and professionally, creating a memorable first impression
- Manage check-in and check-out efficiently and accurately
- Anticipate guest needs and provide personalized recommendations
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns with professionalism and care
- Ensure every guest interaction reflects Sonesta’s commitment to excellence
- Process payments, post charges, and manage guest accounts securely
- Issue room keys and safe deposit boxes
- Maintain confidentiality of guest information and financial transactions
- Support reservation changes, cancellations, and new bookings
- Promote room upgrades and hotel services to enhance guest experience and maximize revenue
- Provide information about hotel amenities, dining, and local attractions
- Coordinate with housekeeping, concierge, and other departments to fulfill guest requests
- Stay informed on hotel offerings, promotions, and local events
- Support overall front office operations and team success
- A genuine passion for hospitality and guest service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to stay calm, professional, and solution-focused under pressure
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- A professional, polished presence
- Previous hotel or hospitality experience (preferred)
- Experience with Opera or similar property management systems (preferred)
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 20 pounds occasionally
- Flexible schedule required, including weekends and holidays
- Day, evening, and overnight shifts available
- Fast-paced, guest-facing environment
