We're looking for a Server Assistant (Bus Attendant) who takes pride in creating seamless, memorable dining experiences. In this role, you are the heartbeat of the restaurant—supporting servers, anticipating guest needs, and ensuring our food & beverage outlets run flawlessly.

Job Description What You'll Do Create an Outstanding Guest Experience- Greet guests warmly with genuine hospitality
- Serve water, coffee, juice, and beverage refills
- Anticipate guest needs and respond with urgency
- Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently
- Maintain a clean, polished, and welcoming dining environment
- Own guest requests and ensure satisfaction
- Assist servers and managers during service
- Stock and supply service stations for smooth operations
- Complete side work and closing duties accurately
- Help maintain service flow during busy periods
- Step in where needed to support overall hotel operations
You will consistently deliver our GUEST service model:
- Greet everyone warmly
- Use eye contact and names
- Establish and anticipate needs
- Solve and own requests
- Thank every guest
- 1-2 years of restaurant or hospitality experience preferred
- A track record of delivering exceptional guest service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and stay composed in a fast‑paced environment
- Team-oriented with a positive, can‑do attitude
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Able to stay active throughout your shift
- Able to work evenings, holidays, and weekends
