, where you'll be the welcoming face of our properties and a key player in delivering exceptional experiences to residents, guests, and vendors.
This role blends concierge-style service with team leadership and operational oversight. You'll supervisor Lobby Attendants, manage daily workflows, and ensure smooth property operations - all while creating a warm, professional environment.
Weekly Work Schedule- Days of the week:
Monday - Friday - Start and End Time: 6:00AM - 2:00PM
- Lead and mentor a team of Lobby Attendants, ensuring high performance and accountability.
- Create and manage weekly schedules, approve timesheets, and handle shift coverage.
- Deliver personalized, high-touch service to residents, guests and vendors.
- Train new team members through hands-on guidance and onboarding support.
- Maintain secure access to the property and oversee deliveries.
- Communicate effectively with property management and internal departments.
- Stay informed about local services and businesses to assist residents and guests.
- Uphold privacy, professionalism, and confidentiality at all times.
- Support the implementation of updated policies and training materials.
- Conduct regular team inspections and provide coaching as needed.
- Other job duties assigned as needed.
- Education: High school diploma or GED
- Experience:
- 3+ years in customer service or hospitality
- 1+ year in a supervisory or concierge role (preferred)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Comfortable in fast-paced environments
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and reporting writing
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
