Senior Rooms Operations Manager

As a Senior Rooms Operations Manager at Marriott, you will oversee front office, housekeeping, and guest services to deliver exceptional stays in a dynamic Hospitality & Travel environment. You will lead daily room operations, optimize occupancy and revenue, manage budgets, and uphold Marriott's brand standards. Partnering closely with cross-functional leaders, you'll drive service excellence, operational efficiency, and team engagement while developing talent in a people-first culture focused on growth, diversity, and world class guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day front office and housekeeping operations to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Ensure adherence to Marriott brand, quality, and service standards across all room operations.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, training, and performance management for rooms division teams.
• Partner with Revenue Management and Sales to optimize occupancy, ADR, and Rev
• PAR.
• Manage rooms division budget, cost controls, and P&L performance.
• Analyze guest feedback, service scores, and operational KPIs; implement continuous improvements.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, F&B, and Sales to support overall hotel performance.
• Drive a people-first culture that supports engagement, inclusion, and professional growth.
