Senior TA Specialist

The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist is a high-impact, strategic recruiting role designed for a true consultant who thrives on influencing hiring outcomes. Our client is seeking a seasoned talent partner to lead engineering and professional hiring while guiding senior leaders through complex decisions. This is an opportunity to shape teams, elevate sourcing strategy, and directly impact business performance.

• Hybrid schedule (3 days onsite / 2 remote; Wednesday required onsite)

• 7% annual bonus target

Compensation: $85,000–$95,000 + bonus opportunity

• Lead full-cycle recruiting from intake meeting through accepted offer and start date
• Serve as a consultative partner to Directors and senior leaders
• Build advanced Boolean search strategies and mine ATS databases for talent
• Develop proactive engineering talent pipelines
• Influence hiring decisions using data and market insights
• Support competitive offer development in partnership with compensation
• Contribute to reporting, analytics, and continuous TA improvements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or business-related field
• Experience recruiting Director-level and above roles
• Advanced Boolean sourcing expertise and ATS mining capability
• Ability to operate as an account manager guiding hiring leaders
• Strong understanding of OFCCP and EEO guidelines
• Broad recruiting background (not solely agency or HR generalist)
