Sr. Manager, HRIS - HCM Systems Implementation

Qualifications

Hands‑on experience participating in full‑lifecycle global enterprise Cloud HCM implementations, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, data conversion, integration architecture, user acceptance testing, defect triage, and post‑go‑live stabilization and support.

Hands‑on experience administering and supporting cloud‑based HCM platforms.

Working familiarity with one or more major platforms such as Oracle Cloud HCM, ADP Lyric, Workday, SAP Success Factors, Dayforce.

Working knowledge of adjacent HR systems including LMS, ATS, Time & Attendance, workforce planning tools, and workflow/automation platforms.

Solid understanding of global end‑to‑end HR processes including Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, Performance Management, Learning & Development, Succession Planning, and Employee Relations.

Ability to identify inefficiencies in HR workflows, design streamlined processes, and implement automation that reduces manual effort and improves cycle times.

Knowledge of global data privacy and regulatory compliance laws.

Ability to communicate with all levels of the organization, including end users, executives, and across departments.

Ability to administer and maintain systems that support rapid company growth, M&A activity, and expanding user populations.

7‑10 years of progressive relevant experience.

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Information Technology, or a related discipline preferred.
• Merger and Acquisition experience:
  Exposure to HR integration activities such as Day 1 readiness support, benefits harmonization tasks, payroll consolidation, and cross‑border compliance coordination.

Certain states and localities require employers to post a reasonable estimate of the salary range. A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $126,400 to $158,000 annually. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ.

Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in the base pay.
