Key Responsibilities Recruitment Support

You will manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle by posting open positions on approved job boards and the company website. Your duties include screening resumes, conducting initial candidate screenings, coordinating interviews with hiring managers, preparing offer letter templates and new-hire packets, and managing background checks and reference verifications.
