Our Artificial Intelligence and Data team applies cutting‑edge technology to solve challenging client problems. As a Senior AI Native Engineer, you will research, build, and implement scalable AI systems that learn and make predictions tailored to diverse business environments, whether in the cloud or on‑premises. You will enhance data pipelines, optimize learning processes, and collaborate with data and analytics professionals in a fast‑paced, client‑facing environment.

• Researching and implementing scalable AI systems that meet business requirements.
• Enhancing data pipelines and storage for optimal data accuracy and cleanliness.
• Monitoring and optimizing learning processes to improve high‑performance models.
• Providing technical guidance and performing development tasks to ensure data‑science solutions are properly engineered and maintained.
• Traveling as needed to engage with external clients.

• Strong analytical and decision‑making skills to guide project direction.
• Proven experience in project management and tracking deliverable completion.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and team members.
• Excellent communication skills to convey complex ideas effectively.
• Technical expertise in AI/ML engineering, PyTorch, scikit‑learn, and cloud platforms.
• Experience in MLOps, CI/CD, Dev Ops tools (Git, Azure Dev Ops), and Agile methodologies.

• Bachelor’s degree (4‑year) in a STEM field.
• 3–6 years of full‑time experience in AI and/or machine learning.
• Strong Python skills and experience designing production‑grade AI/ML solutions on a major cloud platform.
• Proficiency with generative‑AI models (e.g., OpenAI, DALL‑E, Lang Chain, Retrieval Augmented Generation).
• Experience with NLP, deep learning, PyTorch or Tensor Flow, and data‑engineering tools (SQL, Pandas, Spark).
• Experience with Dev Ops and MLOps tool chains for data ingestion, transformation, and model monitoring.
• Strong foundation in mathematics, statistics, and software‑engineering best practices.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; willingness to travel for client engagements.

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a quantitative field.
• Experience in hybrid collaboration, emotional agility, and teaching complex concepts.
• Knowledge of sustainability practices in technology.
• Skills in languages beyond Python (R, JavaScript, Java, C++,
  
  C).
• Experience fine‑tuning generative‑AI models and image/audio‑processing techniques.

• Comprehensive compensation and benefits package; base salary range $106,900–$176,500 (US). Additional pay ranges apply by geography.
