• Certifications in security, comptia, etc.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in network security engineering, cybersecurity, or related roles.
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, network protocols, firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, and DDoS mitigation.
• Hands‑on experience with security tools like Splunk, Net Scout, vulnerability scanners, and endpoint protection platforms.
• Familiarity with cloud security (Cloudhub, AWS, Azure, Mule) and security frameworks.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CCNP Security, PCNSA/PCNSE, CEH, CompTIA Security+, or equivalent are a plus.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• Network background, Palo Alto network, Cisco ASA.

• Design, deploy, and manage secure network architectures to protect company assets.
• Monitor, analyze, and respond to security incidents, vulnerabilities, and threats in real time.
• Configure and maintain firewalls (e.g., Cisco ASA, Palo Alto), VPNs, IDS/IPS, and other security appliances.
• Perform risk and vulnerability assessments to identify security weaknesses.
• Develop and enforce security policies, procedures, and best practices to comply with industry standards (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, NERC CIP).
• Implement and manage zero‑trust security models, endpoint security, and identity access controls.
• Conduct security audits, patch management, and regular updates to network security infrastructure.
• Provide incident response support and forensic investigation in support of the computing environment.
• Collaborate with IT teams to integrate security best practices in network and cloud environments.
