The Services Manager, Network & Mobility leads the strategy, design, and operations for ARCO’s network and mobile technologies. This role partners with the business for growth opportunities, manages the network and mobility team, establishes service level agreements, and oversees day‑to‑day operations. Responsibilities include accountability for network operations personnel, monitoring and responding to SLA breaches, supporting budget management, and deploying proactive strategies for future network enhancements.
Hands‑on experience with Meraki environments, Azure networking, and physical network design is essential.

A DAY IN THE LIFE- Strategic Leadership: Define the long‑term roadmap for the enterprise network, customer networks, wireless infrastructure, and mobile device environment.
- Network Architecture: Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of scalable and secure network infrastructures, including LAN, WAN, wireless, and cloud (Azure) networking.
- Mobility Management: Manage the entire lifecycle of the organization’s mobile devices, hotspots, and available services.
- Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of network and mobility engineers and specialists to achieve operational excellence.
- Project Management: Plan and oversee major network and mobility initiatives, from initial design through deployment and ongoing support.
- Security & Compliance: Implement and enforce network and mobility security policies, including firewall and VPN technologies, to protect organizational data and systems.
- Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers to ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met and performance standards are maintained.
- Operations & Troubleshooting: Provide high‑level technical support, lead incident response efforts, document and track KPI’s and perform network analysis to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Budget & Funding: Manage the budget for mobility and network services. Advocate for additional funding projects. Negotiate contracts with network providers, vendors, and 3rd party support services.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 5 –10 years or more, in a lead or Manager role, overseeing multiple network location
- Cisco CCNP/CCIE are highly desirable but not required
