Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Identity and Access Management (IAM) SME to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in one or more IAM platforms such as Saviynt, Cyber Ark, SailPoint, or Okta, along with hands-on experience in authentication protocols like LDAP, SAML, and Azure Active Directory (Azure AD).

Responsibilities
  • Serve as an IAM Subject Matter Expert with hands-on experience across platforms such as Saviynt, Cyber Ark, SailPoint, or Okta.
  • Implement and manage authentication protocols and directory services (e.g., LDAP, SAML) and integrate with Azure AD.
  • Work with role-based access control (RBAC) and privileged access management (PAM).
  • Collaborate on cloud IAM solutions and integrations (e.g., Azure AD, AWS IAM).
  • Ensure security controls meet program and client requirements in a federal environment.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience with IAM platforms such as Saviynt, Cyber Ark, SailPoint, or Okta.
  • Proficiency with authentication protocols and directory services, including LDAP, SAML, and Azure AD.
  • Hands-on experience with RBAC and PAM.
  • Familiarity with cloud IAM solutions and integrations (e.g., Azure AD, AWS IAM).
  • Must hold an Active Secret clearance.
Preferred Skills
  • Programming or scripting knowledge (e.g., Power Shell, Python, Java).
  • Knowledge of security monitoring tools like Microsoft Sentinel, Splunk, or Elastic.
  • Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or vendor-specific IAM certifications (e.g., Saviynt, Cyber Ark Defender, SailPoint Certified Identity Now).

As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.

The pay range for the states listed above is:

$126,300—$243,100 USD
