Job DescriptionWe’re looking for a Scrum Master with a creative edge—someone who understands how people, process, and technology come together to make complex systems work. This role isn’t about being the deepest technical expert in the room. It’s about knowing how software, tools, and teams connect, and helping diverse groups move forward with clarity, rhythm, and purpose.
If your background includes time as a bartender, musician, teacher, performer, coach, or other people-focused role, we want to hear from you. Creativity, communication, and adaptability matter just as much as technical knowledge.
What You’ll Do- Guide teams through Agile delivery using Scrum, SAFe, and Agile principles
- Establish effective work rhythms, ceremonies, and processes that support delivery
- Help integrate tools, systems, and workflows across technical and non-technical teams
- Maintain working knowledge of:
- Agile tools (JIRA, EazyBI, Git Lab)
- Development environments (Windows & Linux)
- General IT and software integration concepts
- Focus on how systems connect, rather than specializing in one specific technology
- Management & Communication
- Support project execution with awareness of cost, schedule, and scope
- Communicate effectively:
- “Up” to leadership with clear, concise updates
- “Down” to teams with actionable guidance
- Use office tools and project terminology to keep work organized and visible
- Early-to-mid career professional with experience on larger-scale projects
- 1-3+ years’ experience in general software technology and integration paradigms
- 2+ years working knowledge of the Agile toolkit – SAFe Agile principles, tools like JIRA/EasyBI/Gitlab and development on Windows and Linux
- Experience with Windows and Microsoft Office products
- Comfortable working in ambiguous, evolving environments
- Patient, people-focused, and adaptable
- Creative thinker with real-world experience managing people, pressure, and personalities
- Unconventional backgrounds are a plus, including:
- Bartending / Hospitality
- Teaching / Education
- Music, Theater, or Performing Arts
- Coaching or Group Leadership
- Community or Service Roles
- You’ll work with smart, driven people across technical and business teams
- You’ll help shape how work gets done—not just follow a template
- Your personality, energy, and “vibe” actually matter here
- You’ll make a real impact on how teams collaborate and deliver
