Systems Engineer, IT Support
Location: St. Louis
We are seeking a Mid-Level Task Coordinator to support development, research, and operations activities within a dynamic GEOINT environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Dev Ops concepts, tools, and workflows, and will be responsible for tracking task progress, coordinating technical activities, and ensuring timely execution across development and research teams. This role requires familiarity with IC systems and business processes, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with engineers, analysts, and leadership to ensure alignment of mission priorities.
Key Responsibilities- Track and manage Dev Ops-related tasks, workflows, and deliverables (2+ years of experience)
- Apply Dev Ops concepts to support development and operations coordination activities
- Coordinate tasks across diverse development teams, ensuring alignment of priorities and timelines
- Manage communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Support task documentation, workflow tracking, and reporting across multiple teams
- Work within and support IC systems (minimum 1 year of experience)
- Work within IC systems business processes and environments (minimum 1 year of experience)
- Assist in process improvement efforts to enhance workflow efficiency and task visibility
- Support mission needs by ensuring tasks are completed accurately, on time, and in compliance with agency standards
- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
- Active TS/SCI clearance with ability to obtain a CI Polygraph
- 10 years of relevant experience with BA/BS OR, 8 years of relevant experience with MA/MS OR, 5 years of relevant experience with PhD
