Who We Are Looking For
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Technical Project Manager to join our Martech/CRM team. In this role, you will be responsible for the overall project management of our Braze platform activations, working closely with a Braze team in both St. Louis and Mexico City (CST), and our client. You will be the primary point of contact for the client, ensuring clear communication, efficient prioritization, and successful delivery of all activation projects.
This role requires a strong understanding of project management methodologies, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders. Martech experience is highly preferred.
What You'll Do
Project Planning and Execution:
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies for Braze platform activations.
- Prioritize activations in collaboration with the client, considering team capacity and business objectives.
- Manage project scope, identify potential risks and issues, and develop mitigation strategies.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the client, building strong relationships and managing expectations.
- Attend all client calls, providing updates on project progress, addressing concerns, and gathering requirements.
- Proactively communicate risks, delays, and potential roadblocks to the client, proposing solutions and alternative approaches.
- Guide the client to adhere to established processes and workflows, ensuring efficient collaboration.
Collaboration:
- Lead and motivate the technical team in Mexico (CST), providing guidance and support to ensure successful project execution.
- Collaborate effectively with Braze resources in St. Louis, ensuring alignment on project goals and technical specifications.
- Facilitate team meetings, track progress, and identify and resolve any roadblocks.
- Maintain and update the Jira board, ensuring accurate tracking of project tasks and progress.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and risk assessments.
- Identify opportunities to improve project management processes and workflows, enhancing efficiency and effectiveness.
- Generate regular reports on the number of activations completed, project status, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Analyze project data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
- Present project updates and reports to stakeholders, including clients and internal management.
Skill Set/Experience & Tools
- Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager, preferably in a Martech environment.
