Provision Specialist

Overview

Provisioning Administrator – Driving Efficient Onboarding Through Expert Coordination. The Provisioning Administrator will assist all Garda World teams across multiple contracts by providing training on various processes and procedures. Provisioning is a client process which leads to a person being onboarded to client systems and allows them to be badged and have access to client systems and software applications to receive training and perform duties as assigned.

• Support all Garda World teams across multiple contracts by learning and applying various provisioning processes and procedures.
• Execute the client provisioning process to ensure new personnel are properly onboarded, badged, and granted access to required client systems and software.
• Maintain strong computer proficiency, using operating systems, file management tools, MS Excel/Word, and ideally Google Sheets/Docs.
• Manage time effectively by working a standard M–F 8–5 schedule while flexing hours as needed to meet regional deadlines.
• Multitask across several systems and procedures to troubleshoot issues and assist team members throughout the provisioning workflow.
• Organize and maintain data integrity by sorting, tracking, and managing information across different reporting methods.
• Communicate clearly with internal and external customers via phone, video, and chat to explain processes and provide support to remote locations.
• Conduct research to find answers, identify resources, and help improve provisioning procedures and overall process efficiency.

• Authorized to work in the United States
• Able to pass an extensive screening process, including a background check and drug screen.

• Computer Proficiency:
  Familiarity with operating systems, file management, and applications (MS Excel, Word) and preferably Google Docs/Sheets.
• Time Management:
  Ability to flex and schedule hours to meet deadlines. Regular hours will be M-F 8-5 with flexing as needed to accommodate various regions and schedules.
• Multitasking:
  Learning different procedures across multiple systems to troubleshoot and find possible solutions while assisting other team members in the provisioning process.
• Organization:
  Crucial for data integrity. Ability to sort and manage information effectively using different reporting methods.
