Responsibilities

Kforce is looking for a SailPoint Architect for an opportunity with a large healthcare organization in Saint Louis, MO. The SailPoint Architect is responsible for the hands‑on design, administration, and continuous improvement of the organization's SailPoint Identity

IQ‑based Identity and Access Management (IDAM) environment. This role serves as the technical authority for SailPoint architecture, operations, integrations, and access governance, ensuring identity solutions are secure, scalable, and compliant.

• Serve as the primary technical owner for the SailPoint Identity
  
  IQ platform
• Administer and support SailPoint Identity
  
  IQ, including day‑to‑day operational oversight
• Perform daily processing checks, system health monitoring, and error remediation
• Conduct error cleanup and troubleshoot SailPoint‑related issues across environments
• Provide SailPoint reporting, including daily, monthly, operational, and compliance reports
• Apply SailPoint patches and support platform upgrades and maintenance activities
• Design and maintain SailPoint and IDAM solution architectures aligned with enterprise security and governance standards
• Provide architectural guidance and technical leadership across identity‑related initiatives
• Establish and enforce architecture standards, principles, and best practices within the IDAM domain
• Participate in solution design reviews and architectural decision‑making
• Develop and present architectural recommendations to business and technology stakeholders
• Design and implement SailPoint system enhancements and new features
• Develop, configure, and optimize SailPoint rules, workflows, connectors, and integrations
• Support new SailPoint integrations with internal and external systems
• Participate in analysis, design, and execution of future IDAM initiatives
• Support IDAM platform modernization, consolidation, and optimization efforts

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 5‑10 years of relevant professional experience
• Strong hands‑on experience with SailPoint Identity
  
  IQ administration and architecture
• Experience with Active Directory, role‑based access control, and group management
• Proven experience developing SailPoint rules, workflows, and integrations
• Experience supporting enterprise‑scale identity platforms and access governance
• Experience with Windows server administration and patching
• Solid understanding of Identity & Access Management (IAM/IDAM) principles
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating across technical and business teams
• Appropriate certification required within 6 months of hire

• Experience with large‑scale IDAM transformations or consolidation initiatives
• Familiarity with access governance, compliance, and audit requirements
• Experience integrating SailPoint with HR systems, provisioning platforms, and downstream applications
• Strong documentation, presentation, and communication skills

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
