Responsibilities
Kforce has a client in Saint Louis, MO that is seeking a Data Delivery Lead. The role is focused on shaping and executing enterprise‑level data initiatives that enable trusted, high‑quality data across the organization. It sits at the intersection of technology, strategy, and leadership, and involves guiding large‑scale data and governance efforts that support analytics, AI/ML, and cloud‑based solutions while ensuring strong standards, controls, and adoption.
- Own delivery of cross‑functional data programs, from early discovery through execution, ensuring outcomes align to business priorities and regulatory expectations.
- Build and mature enterprise data governance practices, including councils, forums, and working groups that drive accountability and shared ownership.
- Partner with technology, analytics, and business leaders to advance data strategy, analytics enablement, and AI initiatives.
- Guide teams through the adoption of modern data platforms and cloud technologies, balancing innovation with risk management.
- Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on governance strategy, operating models, and organizational change.
- Monitor progress, manage risks, and provide clear, actionable updates to stakeholders at all levels.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience required.
- 7+ years of experience leading enterprise data, analytics, or governance initiatives preferred.
- Deep experience leading enterprise data governance or data delivery initiatives, including data quality, master data, and standards development.
- A proven ability to drive complex programs that span process, technology, and people, including change enablement and operating model design.
- Hands‑on familiarity with leading governance and MDM platforms such as Collibra, Informatica, Talend, Reltio, Profisee, or comparable tools.
- Strong communication skills with experience creating executive‑level materials, training content, and governance playbooks.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity, prioritize effectively, and solve complex problems.
- Executive‑level presence and the confidence to influence senior leaders and cross‑functional partners.
- Background working in regulated environments where data risk, compliance, and controls are critical.
- Experience in financial services or other regulated industries is a plus.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
- Experience with enterprise data governance and master data platforms.
- Familiarity with Agile delivery environments and tools such as Jira.
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law.
