We are seeking a digital technology project focused individual to support our Pro Source team in our St. Louis Office as a Digital Project Specialist
. As a Digital Project Specialist, you will work with Digital Project Managers to provide reporting and analytics, application support, application testing, analysis for reported issues and bugs, and implementation support as needed for multiple digital applications. You will collaborate with CCA’s IT Department, other Pro Source teams, and outside vendors on digital development projects to support our valued franchise owners, coop members and their customers as well as navigate an array of relationships, data sources, project timelines, shifting priorities, and code releases.

Our Digital Project Specialist will:
  • Leverage analytics tools and other data sources to build and deliver reports to the Pro Source National team and Franchise owners to measure the success of all website and digital application related tools as it relates to engagement and conversion efforts.
  • Test new website and digital application features to ensure they meet stated business requirements along with executing full regression tests of existing website, commerce, and digital app functionality with each release.
  • Coordinate with Digital Project Managers and outside vendors to communicate any issues found and provide detailed testing results so development resources can efficiently address code issues.
  • Provide first‑level support for the current Pro Source website, the Pro Source Trade Pro App, other digital applications, and integrations to other systems as well as analyze issues as they arise and track open bugs to completion.
  • Partner with marketing to maintain analytics and Google Tag Manager properties along with Ninja Cat reporting platform to ensure proper tracking.
  • Support digital project managers with new website and app development projects, including requirements gathering, design reviews, test script development, UAT testing and release planning and implementation.
Do our requirements match YOUR background?
  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience and 2‑4 years of business experience with reporting and analytics as well as working on the improvement and maintenance of digital systems, preferably website, e‑commerce or mobile app projects.
  • General understanding of application development process preferred. Strong sense of curiosity about online or digital technologies and e‑commerce desired.
  • Previous experience working in an environment where high quality results are required and proven experience working with cross‑functional groups and stakeholders at many levels of the organization.
  • Excellent problem‑solving, negotiation, and decision‑making skills required.
  • Proven ability to work on multiple projects in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment and deliver results by specified deadlines.
  • Outstanding organizational, communication (verbal/presentation/written), and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and reporting software experience with ticket management software and test case writing preferred.
