SummarySpire is seeking an experienced Identity and Access Administrator to join our team. Using best practices and following corporate policies, the Identity and Access Administrator will configure and enforce access controls for all incoming and departing employees and third-party users. The candidate will perform audits to maintain security policies and ensure timely and accurate assistance is provided to business areas regarding access management and permissions.
Dutiesand Responsibilities
- Provision user access to systems, applications and network connections. Defines and implements user roles, user attributes, and business rules for provisioning and de-provisioning employees, contractors, system/service and vendor accounts.
- Enforce security policies and procedures by performing monthly and annual access control reviews. Assist with IT audits and compliance reviews including SOX IT audits.
- Research end-user problems and provide accurate resolution to the user community in a timely and effective manner.
- Advise management on information security policies, standards, procedures, security violations and security risks.
- Ensure events are properly documented for compliance.
- Collaborate with Technical Writers to review, analyze, and create detailed documentation of Identity Management needs, including workflows and steps required to maintain and minimize security impacts. Develop and maintain automation and ensure procedures are defined, documented, and followed.
- Identify outdated access control protocols and make recommendations to modernize and strengthen IAM security. Implement new technologies supporting strategic goals for identity and access management and privileged access management.

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field preferred.
- Security+ or equivalent certification preferred.
- 2-5 years' experience in security administration or user provisioning role required.
- Strong experience in user provisioning and security administration with Active Directory and group policy.
- Experience maintaining privileged access management and identity and access management solutions.
- Strong understanding and experience with Identity Lifecycle Management, Multi-Factor Authentication, Privileged Access Management, Directory Services and Single Sign-On concepts and technologies.
- Solid analytical capabilities and demonstrated knowledge and understanding of user administration tools and technologies.
