The ideal candidate is deeply fluent in Amazon's ecosystem, highly analytical, and skilled at cross-functional collaboration to drive sustainable marketplace growth.
Key Responsibilities
Marketplace Strategy & Operations

• Develop and execute a channel strategy aligned with brand, pricing, and distribution objectives.
• Build and maintain high-performing product detail pages, ensuring SEO-optimized titles, bullets, descriptions, and backend keywords.
• Continuously monitor and improve search ranking, Buy Box performance, and content quality scores.
Advertising, Merchandising & Promotions
• Plan, launch, and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns (Sponsored Products, Brands, Video, and Display) to achieve sales and efficiency targets.
• Lead keyword research, bid management, and A/B testing to improve ACOS, ROAS, and conversion rate.
• Define and execute promotional calendars including Coupons, Lightning Deals, Prime Day, and seasonal events.
• Partner with creative and brand teams to develop A+ Content, Brand Store pages, and on-brand imagery that drive conversion and brand equity.
Inventory Planning & Fulfillment
• Collaborate with supply chain and demand planning teams to forecast Amazon demand and maintain optimal stock levels.
• Manage FBA replenishment, shipment creation, and inventory health to minimize stockouts, excess inventory, and related fees.
• Monitor lead times, sell-through, and replenishment cadence to support new launches and key promotional periods.
Analytics, Reporting & Optimization
• Track and analyze KPIs including sales, traffic, conversion, category share, ACOS, ROAS, and contribution margin.
• Build and maintain performance dashboards, presenting regular business reviews with insights and recommended actions.
• Conduct pricing, content, and assortment analyses to identify growth opportunities and risks.
• Monitor competitive landscape, including pricing, content, and promotional activity, and adjust strategy accordingly.
Customer Experience & Brand Integrity
• Monitor customer questions, feedback, and reviews, coordinating timely responses and resolutions.
• Implement initiatives to improve product ratings, review volume, and overall customer satisfaction.
• Work with internal stakeholders to address product quality or service issues surfaced through Amazon feedback.
Compliance & Account Health
• Stay current on Amazon policies, programs, and best practices, proactively adjusting listings and operations to remain compliant.
• Manage account health metrics, addressing policy warnings, listing suppress ions, and performance notifications.
• Prepare and submit appeals or remediation plans when necessary to resolve compliance issues.
Qualifications & Skills
• 3+ years of hands-on experience managing Amazon Seller Central for a consumer products brand or agency clients.
• Demonstrated success driving revenue growth and improving profitability on Amazon through listing optimization and advertising.
• Deep understanding of Amazon marketplace mechanics, including algorithms, Buy Box dynamics, and policy requirements.
• Experience with sales planning, demand forecasting, and inventory management in an e-commerce environment.
• Strong proficiency with Excel and Amazon-related tools (e.g., Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Data Dive, or similar) for keyword research and analytics.
• Ability to interpret complex data sets and translate insights into clear actions and priorities.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills; comfortable partnering with marketing, sales, operations, and finance.
• Proven track record of ownership, urgency, and delivering measurable results in a fast-paced setting.
• Ability to work on-site in an office environment on a regular basis.
