This is a part-time, on-site role for an Information Technology Specialist with the U.S. Navy Reserve. The primary responsibilities include managing and maintaining network systems, troubleshooting technical issues, ensuring network security, and providing IT support to team members. Candidates will collaborate with a team to ensure the smooth operation of technological infrastructure and resolve any technical challenges efficiently to maintain mission readiness.
Qualifications- Must have a bachelor’s degree and be a U.S. citizen to apply
- Proficiency in Network Administration and Information Technology to manage and optimize network systems effectively.
- Strong Troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly.
- Experience in Network Security to protect systems from vulnerabilities and ensure compliance with security protocols.
- Excellent Customer Service skills to provide effective and efficient support to users.
- Ability to work as part of a team and adapt to evolving technology requirements.
- Prior experience in military or government IT roles is a plus.
- Strong communication and organizational skills to handle multiple responsibilities effectively.
