AI&Data Senior Consultant

AI & Engineering leverages cutting‑edge engineering capabilities to build, deploy, and operate integrated/verticalized sector solutions in software, data, AI, network, and hybrid cloud infrastructure. These solutions are powered by engineering for business advantage, transforming mission‑critical operations. We enable clients to stay ahead with the latest advancements by transforming engineering teams and modernizing technology & data platforms. Our delivery models are tailored to meet each client's unique requirements.

Our AI & Data practice offers comprehensive solutions for designing, developing, and operating advanced Data and AI platforms, products, insights, and services. We help clients innovate, enhance, and manage their data, AI, and analytics capabilities, ensuring they can grow and scale effectively.

• 4+ years of experience with relevant technology consulting, including enterprise‑scale technical experience with cloud and hybrid infrastructures for data and analytics, architecture designs, migrations, and technology management.
• 3+ years of relevant technology architecture consulting or industry experience with the ability to contribute to an end‑to‑end cloud architecture and solution, including implementations using AWS, Azure, and/or GCP.
• 2+ years of experience with SQL, Python, PySpark and Java.
• 2+ years of experience with Databricks, including Delta Lake.
• 1+ years of experience leading, managing, and delivering complex technology engagements with resources in multiple locations.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Ability to travel up to 50% on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

• Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (e.g., MS PowerPoint).
• Ability to orchestrate, lead, and influence virtual teams, ensuring successful implementation of customer projects.
• Presentation skills with a high degree of comfort with both large and small audiences.
• Experience driving both the sales cycle—by taking the lead in framing out client opportunities—and leading the pursuit team to create the proposal content for client discussions.
• Demonstrated experience with management and delivery of multiple strategic engagements for large global organizations.
• An advanced degree in the area of specialization is preferred.
