Location: St. Louis, MO (4 days onsite, 1 day remote)

Contract: 6 Months + Extensions (Long‑Term Integration Roadmap ~2 Years)

Brooksource is hiring a Project Manager I to support a major enterprise‑wide integration effort as multiple divisions transition into a unified operating model. This role reports to a St. Louis–based leader and works directly with application and technology teams as they are onboarded into new processes, standards, tools, and governance.

This position is heavily focused on soft skills, communication, negotiation, and customer‑facing engagement, making it ideal for someone who can influence, guide, and move hesitant teams forward. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for onboarding teams, walking them through required steps, timelines, expectations, and next actions while managing your assigned queue and proactively driving progress.

You will conduct check‑ins, gather status updates, identify blockers, and maintain momentum toward enterprise deliverables.

A key part of this position involves navigating common objections (“We don’t have the time,” “We don’t have the budget,” “This can’t be done”) by uncovering the real blockers and using a consultative, persuasion‑driven approach to move teams forward. You will represent the integration program with professionalism by providing high‑quality customer service, partnering closely with engineering and leadership teams, and ensuring all documentation, communication, and updates remain clear, accurate, and timely.
