** Position Overview
** The Director, Product - Provider Experience & Payments is a senior leader within the Product & Technology organization responsible for defining and executing the product strategy for Zelis’ provider-facing payment solutions, including ZAPP Edge/ACH+, ePayment Center (ePC), and related provider engagement capabilities.
This role sits at the intersection of Product, Technology, and Commercial Growth, translating Zelis Payments market strategy into scalable, high-impact provider solutions. The Director will partner closely with the Product Strategy team—ensuring alignment with enterprise growth priorities—and collaborate with Commercial Growth to drive adoption, market expansion, and revenue acceleration across provider segments.
The ideal candidate combines deep payments expertise, strong platform thinking, and the ability to align cross-functional teams around a shared product vision that advances Zelis’ leadership in healthcare payments.
** What You’ll Do
**** Product Leadership within Product & Technology
*** Lead the provider payments product domain within the broader Product & Technology organization, ensuring alignment to enterprise architecture, platform standards, and technology modernization initiatives.
* Define and execute a multi-year roadmap for ZAPP Edge/ACH+, ePC, and related provider-facing payment capabilities.
* Ensure product strategy aligns with technology scalability, security, compliance, and operational excellence standards.
* Partner with Engineering leadership to balance innovation, technical debt management, and platform performance.
** Strategic Alignment with Product Strategy & Commercial Growth
*** Partner closely with the Product Strategy team to translate Zelis Payments market strategy and competitive positioning into actionable product roadmaps.
* Align product investments with growth objectives, supporting go-to-market strategies, revenue targets, and market penetration initiatives.
* Provide product expertise to inform pricing, packaging, market segmentation, and expansion strategies.
* Serve as a key liaison within the Provider-centric Operating Model, ensuring internal and market feedback loops are incorporated into roadmap prioritization.
** Provider Payments & Experience Strategy
*** Own the provider payments value proposition across digital enrollment, ACH+/EFT adoption, payment delivery, reconciliation, and reporting.
* Drive increased digital adoption and migration toward preferred payment rails aligned with Zelis Payments market objectives.
* Champion a seamless, intuitive provider experience across payment workflows and integrations with provider financial systems.
* Identify opportunities to enhance monetization, optimize payment conversion, and improve provider satisfaction.
** Product Lifecycle & Delivery Excellence
*** Oversee the full product lifecycle from discovery and validation through delivery, launch, and optimization.
* Prioritize investments based on revenue impact, provider adoption metrics, client demand, and enterprise strategy.
