Overview
The VP, Employer Services Analytics is a visionary leadership position responsible for architecting Equifax’s data-driven strategy and transforming complex internal data into high-value client products. You will serve as a strategic partner to Sales, Marketing, and Product teams, using expert data storytelling to influence business evolution and solve critical client pain points. This role requires a technical leader who can bridge the gap between rigorous data engineering and executive decision-making, while fostering a high-performance culture of "curiosity-driven" innovation across a multi-disciplinary team of analysts and scientists.
WhatYou’ll Do
Act as an expert at presenting complex data narratives to clients, identifying business opportunity and solving their pain points
Proficient at developing executive-ready presentations and data dashboards that tell a compelling story to non-technical audiences
Proven ability to package internal data assets into products and services that are value added to clients
Proactively influences business decision on product development based on industry trends, customer behaviors and internal analytics
Foster a high-performance culture by mentoring mid-level analysts and engineers, setting the bar for technical rigor and "curiosity-driven" innovation
Bachelor s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
10+ years of experience of managing teams of analytical consultants, data analysts, data engineers and data scientists
Deep knowledge of programming languages such as SQL, Python, etc.
A Master’s or PhD in Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a highly quantitative field is preferred
Workforce analytics experience is preferred
Work experience with regulated data is preferred
