Responsibilities- Provide governance and guidance to deliver world‑class network products and services, emphasizing risk‑based approaches.
- Participate in governance of all delivery elements, from technology rollout to service improvements, vendor coordination, and operational support, documenting risk profiles.
- Define Service Level Objectives (SLO) and Service Level Indicators (SLI) and report metrics to leadership.
- Drive continuous improvement of NPS products and services.
- Work closely with product managers, service owners, and business partners to ensure SLO/CLI objectives are met with quality and proper prioritization.
- Own service reports and review meetings, track critical metrics, and lead the Service Improvement Plan (SIP).
- Govern the NPS process, ensuring team compliance and continuously improving maturity.
- Join service owners in TRT and PIR to systematically improve incident/problem handling.
- Oversee the network ITSM process to prevent service disruptions through proactive change analysis.
- Track and maintain a service risk catalog, updating leadership and highlighting risk profiles for business decisions.
- Track audit results and resolve issues with product managers, owners, and service owners.
- Define and manage vendor performance indicators, holding vendors accountable through engagement and governance.
- Lead a team of Service Managers to provide consistent global governance (optional).
- 10+ years in a global technology service organization.
- Experience in global 24/7 network or infrastructure service operations.
- ITIL Certification (ideally ITIL
4) with demonstrable application in a large 24×7 organization. - Passion for continuous improvement and knowledge of improvement methodologies.
- Ability to influence and hold others accountable for service quality.
- Strong leadership and problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Project management expertise.
- Capability to work under stress and manage multiple priorities.
- Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) or Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE).
- Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP).
- ITIL Foundation Certification.
