We are seeking a highly skilled QA Automation Engineer to develop, implement, and maintain automated testing solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Selenium Web Driver, Java, and related testing tools. You will work closely with the development team to ensure the delivery of high-quality software products through efficient automation strategies.

The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors.

In accordance with law, the base salary for this role if filled within Saint Louis, MO is $80K -$85K/year & benefits (see below).

• Design, develop, and maintain robust automation frameworks using Selenium Web Driver and Java.
• Write clear, concise, and comprehensive test cases and scripts to automate functional, regression, and performance testing.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Developers, and QA team members to understand requirements and translate them into automated tests.
• Integrate automation scripts into CI/CD pipelines to enable continuous testing.
• Analyze test results, identify issues, and work with development teams to resolve bugs.
• Maintain existing test scripts and frameworks, optimize test execution for efficiency.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best automation practices.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and automation tools to recommend improvements.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience as a QA Automation Engineer or similar role.
• Strong expertise in Selenium Web Driver with Java.
• Hands-on experience with testing frameworks such as TestNG, JUnit, or similar.
• Experience with RESTful APIs testing using REST Assured or Postman.
• Familiarity with version control tools like Git.
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Bamboo, or Team City.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum processes.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

• Experience with mobile automation testing tools such as Appium.
• Knowledge of SQL and database testing.
• Familiarity with other automation tools like Cucumber, Maven, or Gradle.
• Exposure to performance testing tools like JMeter.
