Our client requires a People Soft and Oracle Fusion professional to support legacy People Soft on‑prem environments and drive the migration to Oracle Fusion. The engagement will emphasize secure, reliable operations and coordinated transition activities across technical and functional teams.

Rate: $80.00 to $90.00/hr. w2
Responsibilities- Support and maintain People Soft on‑prem environments across development, administration, and security.
- Design, build, and develop People Soft data models and configurations to meet business requirements.
- Lead and execute People Soft to Oracle Fusion migration efforts, including planning, execution, and post‑migration support.
- Collaborate with functional and technical teams to ensure successful system transitions.
- Support Oracle Fusion environments post‑migration, including configuration, troubleshooting, and optimization.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and performance during migration and ongoing operations.
- Provide subject matter expertise on People Soft and Oracle Fusion coexistence and transition strategies.
- Hands‑on experience with People Soft on‑prem across development, administration, and security.
- Proven experience with Oracle Fusion and post‑migration support.
- Direct experience migrating from People Soft to Oracle Fusion.
- Experience building and developing People Soft models.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of migration initiatives.
- Experience working onsite or hybrid in St. Louis, MO as required by the client.
- Experience supporting environments during parallel run or phased migrations (preferred).
- Strong communication skills with business and technical stakeholders (preferred).
Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
