- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, including triaging tickets and reviewing logs
- Experience in a production environment with on-call responsibilities
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and participation in daily standup meetings
- Prior experience with Guidewire, particularly Policy Center and Billing Center
- Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, SQL, Gosu, Intelli
J, and Studio for feature coding - Understanding of web service integration using Postman, SOAP, and REST
- Previous experience working with Mulesoft to build APIs and using React or Node.js for digital applications
- Comfortable presenting complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
