Sr Systems​/Citrix Engineer

We are seeking a Senior Systems / Citrix Engineer to support a high-visibility enterprise environment within the Intelligence Community. This role will play a key part in virtualization infrastructure, modernization initiatives, and ongoing AWS cloud migration efforts. The position is highly collaborative and user-facing, requiring both strong technical depth and excellent communication skills.

• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert for Citrix technologies and enterprise virtualization platforms.
• Support design, implementation, upgrades, and maintenance of virtual desktop and application delivery environments.
• Contribute to AWS cloud migration and modernization initiatives, including infrastructure build-outs and optimization.
• Assist with system upgrades, performance tuning, and lifecycle management of infrastructure components.
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering, security, and operations teams to ensure scalability and reliability.
• Provide Tier 3 troubleshooting and incident resolution for complex technical issues.
• Engage directly with end users and stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical guidance.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and operational procedures.

• Active Top Secret clearance (TS/SCI preferred)
• Strong hands-on experience with Citrix technologies in enterprise environments.
• Broad systems or infrastructure engineering background (Windows Server, virtualization, networking, or similar).
• Experience supporting large-scale environments and modernization projects.
• Experience working in user-facing or stakeholder-facing technical roles.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Experience with AWS cloud services and hybrid infrastructure environments.
• Familiarity with application delivery, gateway, or load-balancing technologies (e.g., Net Scaler or equivalent).
• Exposure to automation or scripting (Power Shell, Python, etc.).
