• 5+ years of experience with SAP R/3 modules and configurations.
• Actual end user experience preferred.
• Industry knowledge of warehousing, particularly from the food industry.
• Knowledge of supply chain process: receiving, warehousing, materials accounting, packaging, and shipping.
• Ability to comprehend IT concepts pertaining SAP and interface with third party applications (e.g., I2, Cambar, EDI). Examples: IDOC, messages.
• In-depth functional knowledge of support processes (e.g. data, roles, and transactions associated with Supply chain end-to-ends).
• Prior project exposure to testing, end-user training, and go-live hyper-care support efforts.

• Warehouse Management (SAP-WM): 2-4 years.
• Warehouse Management (SAP-EWM): plus.
• Material Management and Inventory Management (MM-IM): 2-4 years.
• Knowledgeable and proficient with all SAP Transactions within these modules.
• Knowledgeable about roles, RF queues, etc.
• Understand the Key Performance Indicators (Cockpit Data), e.g. number of open transfer orders, pallets not confirmed to a bin, etc.
