Location: St. Louis
Role: Senior Oracle Fusion Consultant with Peoplesoft Migration exp.(Hybrid)
Location: St.Louis MO
NOTE: Must have migration experience from Peoplesoft On prem to Oracle fusion cloud environment.
Responsibilities- Support and maintain People Soft on‑prem environments, including development, administration, and security functions
- Design, build, and develop People Soft data models and configurations to meet business requirements
- Lead and execute People Soft to Oracle Fusion migration efforts, including planning, execution, and post‑migration support
- Work across functional and technical teams to ensure successful system transitions
- Support Oracle Fusion environments post‑migration, including configuration, troubleshooting, and optimization
- Ensure data integrity, security, and performance throughout migration and ongoing operations
- Provide subject matter expertise on best practices for People Soft and Oracle Fusion coexistence and transition strategies
- Strong hands‑on experience with People Soft (on‑prem)
- Proven experience with Oracle Fusion
- Background covering development, administration, and security within People Soft and/or Fusion
- Direct experience migrating from People Soft to Oracle Fusion (required)
- Experience building and developing People Soft models
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of migration initiatives
- Multiple end‑to‑end People Soft → Oracle Fusion migration projects
- Experience supporting environments during parallel run or phased migrations
- Strong communication skills for working with business and technical stakeholders
