Workday PM

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Workday PM in Saint Louis, MO.

Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Workday Project Manager to lead and support our Workday initiatives. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with at least two full-cycle Workday implementations and possess strong functional knowledge across key modules. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to collaborate with both technical teams and business stakeholders, and a strong grasp of project management tools and practices.

REQUIREMENTS:

* 2+ years of experience managing Workday implementations

* Strong functional knowledge of Workday modules (e.g., HCM, Finance, Payroll, etc.)

* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and stakeholders

* Proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel, and

* Strong problem-solving and organizational skills

* Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

* Workday certification(s) a plus

* Experience in change management and user adoption strategies

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
