Trainer, IT Consultant

Location: St. Louis

Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Trainer to join their team. As a Trainer, you will be part of the Learning & Development department supporting the entire platform. The ideal candidate will have coaching experience, the ability to provide coaching best practices, and a strong capacity to adapt to technological changes, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Trainer

Location: St Louis, MO

Schedule: Hybrid 3x on site per week

Pay Range:$40

Type: Contract

Duration: 6 months, opt to extend 12-18 months

What's the Job?

• Support the platform by providing comprehensive training to financial advisors and team members.
• Assist in driving adoption of new technologies and processes through effective coaching and guidance.
• Organize and prioritize multiple training sessions and projects to meet strict deadlines.
• Document complex concepts clearly to facilitate understanding across organizational levels.
• Present recommendations and solutions to resolve moderately complex problems and projects.

What's Needed?

• Proven coaching experience with a focus on best practices in training.
• Ability to adapt quickly to technological changes and support technology adoption.
• Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritization skills.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across all organizational levels with flexibility and adaptability.
