Zurich North America is currently hiring a Cyber Security Analyst to join the Zurich Cyber team! You will be primarily responsible for continuous monitoring and vulnerability scanning using various security tools to identify and deter potential incidents, network intrusions, and malware events.

The expected schedule for this role is Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 7PM-7AM, with full‑time pay.

• Ongoing monitoring and alerting of Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) technologies
• Review and analyze log files for unusual or suspect activity
• Generate event tickets, triage, and validate alerts from Managed Detection and Response tools
• Analyze incident event data to develop preliminary root cause and corresponding remediation strategies
• Research, recommend, and implement appropriate information security solutions for clients
• Conduct threat intelligence research
• Communicate/coordinate with clients regarding alerts, project updates, and status
• Data collection, analysis, and report writing
• Engage in group collaborative projects and effectively work in a team setting
• Learn and utilize Spear Tip’s Shadow Spear Platform
• Pursue continued technical education/certifications (at Spear Tip’s expense)

• Bachelor’s degree and 0 or more years of experience in the Information Technology area
• Zurich Cybersecurity Technician Apprentice, including Cyber Security Certification and 2 or more years of experience in the Information Technology area
• High School Diploma or Equivalent and 3 or more years of experience in the Information Technology area

• Knowledge of cyber information security functions (Incident Response, Application Security, Threat Defense, Vulnerability Management, Threat Intelligence)
• Strong analytical and customer service skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Industry certifications such as A+, Network+, Server+, Security+, Cyber Security Analyst+, Penetration Tester+, PMP, CRISC, CEH, Security+, Comptia SEC+, GIAC
• Hands‑on experience with Sentinel One

Your pay at Zurich is based on your role, location, skills, and experience. We follow local laws to ensure fair compensation. You may also be eligible for bonuses and merit increases. The proposed salary range for this position is $59,900.00 – $98,200.00, with short‑term incentive bonus eligibility set at 10%.
