What You’ll Do
- Design, build, and support applications using OTBI, BIP and Fusion AI Agent Studio
- Identify and deliver automation opportunities that improve efficiency and scalability
- Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into solutions
- Work with data—extracting, transforming, and validating it to support insights and applications
- Deliver analysis and insights through visualization tools or agents in the Oracle HCM environment
- Communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Drive continuous improvement through smarter processes and automation
- Replace manual processes with automated, low-code solutions
- Deliver applications that improve decision-making and workflow efficiency
- Help scale citizen development and adoption of low-code tools
- Build intelligent workflows leveraging AI and emerging capabilities
- Bachelor’s Degree required (business, analytics, engineering, or related field preferred)
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- Strong expertise in Oracle HCM (OTBI, BIP, Workflows, Fusion Agent AI Studio)
- Experience with data sources, APIs, and platforms (e.g., SharePoint, databases)
- Ability to work with and analyze data, including basic statistical techniques
- Experience with alternate visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik View)
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Advanced degree
- Experience automating complex workflows
- HCM Global Human Resources Certification or AI solution experience
- Background in building AI-enabled or agent-driven solutions
- Experience with integration of HCM data with external database
Candidates that live within a commutable distance from our Tempe, AZ and St. Louis, MO home office locations are expected to work in the office four days per week.
