Job Description
Essential Functions:
- Evaluates, reviews, recommends, creates, implements, updates, and maintains information management related systems.
- Maintains and monitors customer system access. Collaborates with developers, technical staff and partners.
- Assesses information flow for workflow analysis and planning.
- Works closely with staff to perform records and information management functions within related information management systems.
- Supports initiatives and customers in information reviews and updates.
- Assess, analyze and correct data according to best practices and standards.
- Provides status reports to the IG Manager regularly.
- Performs related work as required or as delegated by supervisor.
Training and Experience:
- BA degree, including specialized courses in information management, business law, or information systems, from a recognized college or university and 7 years of progressively responsible experience in records and information management systems/applications implementation, maintenance and administration, including customer support.
- Communicates well based the audience and required method. CRM/CRA, ERMs/ERMm, CAPM or other related certifications is a plus.
- Understanding of ARMA Int's GARP, US DOD 5015.02, ISO 15489, and other relevant RIM industry guidelines; strong analytical skills, interpersonal skills;
- Ability to appropriately handle highly sensitive information;
- Proficient in MS365 environment, enterprise content management, records handling, imaging and emerging technologies.
Must possess a valid driver's license issued by the state in which the employee resides.
