Job Description
Responsibilities include handling L2/L3 production support tickets and incidents, performing incident triage, analysis, and resolution within SLAs, executing standard operating procedures and runbooks, supporting batch monitoring and job abends, maintaining operational documentation and knowledge articles, managing incident communication and engagement with other business and technical teams, conducting DB2 data analysis and reporting, and exposing to workforce management, time reporting, overtime equalization.
