We are seeking a highly skilled GIS Professional with extensive expertise in ArcGIS Enterprise and ArcGIS Online. This individual will play a critical role in managing and troubleshooting GIS infrastructure, ensuring operational excellence, and providing on-call support to address technical issues. Additionally, this role requires a full-stack GIS developer capable of collaborating effectively with business users to deliver successful project outcomes.

• Administer and maintain ArcGIS Enterprise and ArcGIS Online environments, including infrastructure setup, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Provide on-call support to resolve GIS system issues promptly and effectively.
• Design, develop, and implement full-stack GIS solutions using industry-standard tools and frameworks.
• Collaborate with business users to gather requirements, provide technical expertise, and deliver tailored GIS solutions that meet project objectives.
• Ensure high availability and performance of GIS systems through regular monitoring, maintenance, and updates.
• Document system configurations, processes, and project deliverables for knowledge sharing and continuity.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest GIS technologies and best practices to drive innovation and continuous improvement.

• Bachelor's degree in GIS, Geography, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proficient in ArcGIS Enterprise and ArcGIS Online administration, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Demonstrated experience as a full-stack GIS developer, including front-end and back-end development skills.
• Strong understanding of GIS concepts, spatial data management, and cartographic principles.
• Ability to work collaboratively with business users and technical teams to ensure project success.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with cloud-based GIS solutions and integrations is a plus.
