As an Epic Certified Professional Billing Specialist, you will manage applications while ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, fostering client relationships, and collaborating effectively with offshore teams. This position requires a blend of technical expertise and outstanding communication skills to deliver exceptional support and enhancements in a dynamic healthcare environment. You will work closely with the Accenture team, software vendors, and clients in the following areas:

• Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) on application workflows and configurations.
• Prioritize and manage daily support and maintenance activities, ensuring prompt resolution of incidents and service requests according to defined service level agreements (SLAs).
• Act as a liaison with client stakeholders to ensure system capabilities align with business requirements.
• Coordinate with offshore support teams for effective communication, task delegation, and performance tracking.
• Maintain comprehensive system documentation, including workflows, build specifications, and testing protocols.
• Ensure adherence to HIPAA, data governance, and organizational security policies.
• Participate in regular team meetings, providing updates on ongoing projects, potential risks, and resource needs.
• Support teams working on other applications as necessary.

• A minimum of one year of experience as an Epic Professional Billing Analyst.
• Epic Professional Billing Certification.
• High school diploma or GED.

California, Cleveland, Colorado, District of Columbia, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New York, New Jersey, Washington: $45.00 to $50.00 per hour.
