Location: St. Louis
We are seeking a local skilled and reliable IT Administrator with hands-on experience supporting and administering Oracle Net Suite ERP environments. This role is responsible for maintaining IT systems, supporting end users, managing integrations, and optimizing business operations through technology.
- Full-time, on-site position;
Candidates must reside in the local area and be able to reliably commute - M-F 8:15 AM to 5:00 PM
- Administer, maintain, and support the Net Suite ERP platform
- Manage user accounts, roles, permissions, and workflows
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and ERP-related system issues
- Support and maintain integrations between Net Suite and third-party applications
- Coordinate system updates, patches, and enhancements
- Develop, customize, and maintain reports and dashboards within Net Suite
- 3+ years of experience in IT administration or technical support
- Proven hands-on experience with Oracle Net Suite ERP
- Experience with user management, role-based access, and ERP workflows
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity best practices
- Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Experience with SQL, system integrations, and scripting
