Senior Delivery Lead; Technology

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Delivery Lead (Technology) to drive the successful delivery of large-scale, complex technology programs across multiple regions and business functions. This role requires a strategic leader with strong program management expertise, stakeholder engagement skills, and the ability to bridge business objectives with technology execution.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience leading enterprise transformation initiatives, cloud migration programs, digital modernization projects, and cross-functional delivery teams in fast-paced environments.

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale technology programs across global and multi-region teams.
• Establish and maintain program governance, including planning, risk management, quality controls, and escalation processes.
• Manage integrated delivery plans across Agile and Waterfall work streams.
• Oversee project scope, resources, budgets, timelines, and dependencies.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance delivery efficiency and operational excellence.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, and strategic planning discussions.
• Provide executive-level reporting, communication, and status updates.
• Collaborate with architecture, engineering, product, and business teams to ensure successful program outcomes.
• Assess delivery risks, challenge estimates, and make informed trade-off decisions.
• Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and architectural standards.
• Manage third-party vendors, suppliers, and system integrators.
• Build and mentor high-performing delivery teams while fostering a collaborative and inclusive culture.

• 12+ years of experience in technology delivery, program management, or technology consulting.
• 5+ years in senior delivery leadership or program management roles.
• Proven success delivering enterprise-scale technology programs from initiation through production support.
• Strong experience in digital transformation, cloud migration, and enterprise modernization initiatives.
• Experience managing geographically distributed teams and multiple work streams.
• Demonstrated consulting experience, including client engagement, advisory services, and solution delivery.
• Strong executive stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience managing external vendors and system integrators.
• Exposure to regulated industries such as Banking, Financial Services, Capital Markets, or large Enterprise environments.
